The Soul Talk Subscription gives you access to all of my 10 Minute Mindfulness Audio Tracks. New content is added each week, and there is no tie in so you can cancel at any time.
As a Soul Talk subscriber you will also have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and pick up more tips. I will be sharing things such as Tapping routines and gentle stretches that you can incorporate into your mindfulness sessions if you wish. There is no requirement to join the Facebook group if you prefer to just use the audios.
There are 5 different sections within Soul Talk and each section has multiple tracks for you to choose from. You can mix and match from different sections each day or you can work though a section at a time whichever you feel is right for you.
The Soundwise App allows you to create playlists, there make it easy to create longer sessions using multiple tracks, or to set up a weekly playlist in advance.
None of the tracks have music in the background, if you like you can play some of your choice on a different device while you are listening to the Soul Talk Audios.
How the subscription works:
- Once you sign up you receive an email with the link to download the free app if you do not already have it.
- Please sign into the App with the same email you used to purchase Soul Talk.
- The subscription will renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel it.
- You have unlimited access to the 10 Minute Mindfulness Audios whilst you are a subscribed member.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription please note you will lose access to all the tracks and your playlists.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
3: What should I do if I have technical issues?
