Angelic Connections:
This channeled guided meditation helps to reconnect you with the Angelic realms.
At the beginning of the recording we refer to Selenite and Angelite crystals, as we work with their energies during the meditation. If you have these crystals available to use you may wish to have them with you as you follow along.
We suggest 2 Selenite bars or palm stones of similar size and an Angelite tumble stone.
If you do not have any crystals available please do not worry, when Sarah recorded the guided mediation she did so with the intention of connecting those listening to the crystal energy vibration mentioned.
Selenite (which is the trade name for Satin Spar) is a high vibration crystal which is used to help lift our energetic vibration so excellent for meditation.
Angelite is a blue crystal said to help connect us with angelic energies. Angelite also supports the Throat Chakra and helps us communicate with love and honesty.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
3: What should I do if I have technical issues?
