Discover yourself from the ground up, beginning with your feet. Uncover your habits. Learn new possibilities for moving and thinking. Why not? You’ll find more energy, better concentration, more pleasure in moving, and increased joy.

Together we’ll investigate your movement patterns. We’ll find habits which don’t serve you any longer. Maybe they’re causing pain or limiting mobility. Or you’re ready to move beyond your current limits. Improve movement, improve life.

We’ll begin by building the foundation: investigating the structure & improving the function of your feet. Though the focus will be your feet, each lesson will include your entire self.

Fun fact: you have no ankles! Those knobs above your feet are the ends of your tibia and fibula bones. And nestled between your lower legs and your feet are your talus bones. Think of them as a platform to help you glide your skeleton forward and backward above your feet: super cool!

Since 1996, I've used the Feldenkrais Method® to discover patterns of moving and thinking that don't serve me, and find more useful choices. I've uncovered innate strength that was previously inaccessible, even unknown to me. I've grown older yet move better than I did years ago. I've brought more functional, efficient movement to the rest of my life. Working at a computer, walking, carrying groceries, dancing, playing the ukulele—whatever's needed in the movement. 1: How do I access the audios?

After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.

2: Can I listen offline?

Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.

3: What should I do if I have technical issues?
