To provide a safe haven to help business owners actualize their dreams to support each other and grow.
Helping them to crystallize their thinking and gain clarity on what it is they want to achieve.
Teaching them the things you need to know, or be reminded of, that can help them be and do better.
We use iMA, and encourage WIG WAM Members to use it, to identify the colour of the person that they want to communicate with, Modify the message by encoding it in a way that is most likely to be understood, and Adapt to the differences by treating the other person in a way that they want to be treated (iMA).
In our experience, when people use iMA trust, communication, understanding, co-operation and sales, go up and misunderstandings, stress and tension go down.
