Having formed successful business I know that you can't do it alone.
Whatever it is that you want to achieve you need the help support and cooperation of others to help you get it.
That’s why Michelle Berry and I created Wig-Wam.
To provide a safe haven to help business owners actualize their dreams, to support each other and grow.
Helping them to crystallize their thinking and gain clarity on what it is they want to achieve.
Teaching them the things you need to know, or be reminded of, that can help them be and do better.
We are continually looking out for ways to help Wig-Wam members become better at what they are doing.
We know that communication is always a vital ingredient to every successful business.
When we discovered this simple, colour based, universal language designed to help people communicate we immediately embraced it. iMA is a simple, yet highly effective way of observing and understanding the differences in people, helping
them to connect and communicate on their wavelength.
We use iMA, and encourage WIG WAM Members to use it, to identify the colour of the person that they want to communicate with, Modify the message by encoding it in a way that is most likely to be understood, and Adapt to the differences by treating the other person in a way that they want to be treated (iMA).
In our experience, when people use iMA trust, communication, understanding, co-operation and sales, go up and misunderstandings, stress and tension go down.
