The Association Pulse Podcast is the podcast for Directors of Missions, Associational Mission Strategists, Associational Missionaries, Executive Directors, and other Baptist leaders serving Churches through the local association.

Every episode, we sit down with an associational leader and take the pulse of what is happening across their network of Churches. We talk about the victories worth celebrating, the challenges that rarely make it into a report, the relationships being built between Pastors, and the practical work required to keep Churches healthy, connected, and moving forward together.

These are conversations about associational ministry as it is actually lived.

How do you build trust with Pastors who may rarely attend an associational meeting? How do you serve Churches with dramatically different needs, sizes, cultures, and stages of health? What does an association do when a Church is declining, a Pastor is struggling, or a community is changing? We uncover what is working, what leaders are learning, what they would do differently, and what other associations can take back to their own context.

At its heart, Association Pulse is about strengthening the people who strengthen Churches.

Because the health of an association is not ultimately measured by how many meetings it holds or programs it operates. It is seen in the relationships between its Churches, the support available to its Pastors, the opportunities Churches have to cooperate, and the ability of an associational leader to recognize what Churches need and help them move forward.
