This is one of the 13 binaural beat files that author and Consciousness explorer Thomas Campbell created in 2019 specifically for his MBT Immersive Experience course.
It contains an enhanced binaural beat that is approximately 50 minutes long. As Tom voices both an introduction at the beginning and a call back to our PMR (Physical Matter Reality) at the end of the file, this beat may be similar to one that you may have purchased previously, but its effect has been somewhat optimized.
The numbers in each file’s name indicate the base frequencies used. The binaural beat frequency is mostly at 4 Hz except during short times when it occasionally runs up 8 Hz for a very short time to keep you from falling asleep and occasionally slides down to 2 Hz to drag you into the twilight zone.
Listen with a good quality stereo player and headset/ earphones. Listening without a stereo headset will produce a considerably weaker effect.
We recommend that you experience all the various audio files contained in this set in their entirety multiple times. Often ones you initially dislike becomes a favorite later. Which ones work best for you depends partially on the state of your consciousness at the time of your listening. Simply let the sound envelope your awareness, do not engage the sound intellectually or analytically. Do not expect the sound to do something to you, or show you something -- it will lower your innate barriers to exploring the LCS but you have to actively engage and connect to whatever comes. You should not act like a spectator – engage, connect. Have a clear, well focused intention of what you wish to learn and why you wish to learn it, but do not intend to have a particular experience. Engage and connect with everything you see, hear, or feel, including your imagination...trivial things will often lead to interesting nontrivial things. Actively explore whatever follows the projection of your intent...a pink flower, a grey misty cloud, a void, a voice, or something perfectly ridiculous, sublime, or profound -- whichever comes first.
These binaural beats were described in this video from an event he did in Atlanta back in 2016. If you haven’t watched it yet, you may find it helpful….

In February of 2003, Tom published the My Big Theory of Everything trilogy (MBT) which represents 50 years of results and conclusions of his scientific exploration in the nature of consciousness. This overarching model of reality, mind, and consciousness places consciousness within a scientific context, solves a host of scientific paradoxes and provides direction for those wishing to personally experience an expanded awareness.
The MBT reality model explains current paradoxes in the world of physics. MBT also sheds light in the human purpose at the most fundamental level, providing a complete theory of consciousness that solves the outstanding fundamental physics problems of our time, deriving both relativity theory and quantum mechanics from first principles – something traditional physics cannot yet do.
As a logic-based work of science, My Big Theory of Everything, has no basis in belief, or dogma. Moreover, Thomas Campbell’s theory of everything is based on two assumptions or postulates: the fundamental law of evolution and that consciousness is fundamental.
