cover art
A study of the writings of Saint Thomas Aquinas on the philosophy and kinds of law.

In his famous Summa theologica, Saint Thomas Aquinas speaks of law as one of the means by which God instructs us, training us in righteousness. Like any good Father, God gives law for the guidance of His beloved children to a life of true happiness. It is a vision of law far different from that of our modern culture today! Join me to learn about the Catholic philosophy of law and the role it plays in God's plan of salvation history. Learn about the different kinds of law - the eternal law, the natural law, the human law, and the Divine law - and how God uses these different kinds of law to instruct us in the life of holiness!
