In these 10 guided meditations, we will go on a healing journey together. On this journey, you will get to know a lot more about who you are. We will use two main methods to navigate our way through this exploration of you, including guided imagery meditations and scripted reflections.
Take your time as you work your way through these guided experiences. While you could potentially finish them all in one day, you won't get the same benefit from them as you will if you spend the time and really focus on the journey. The best method for success is to ensure you complete them in sequence and to not move to the next until the concepts and ideas you encountered in your previous meditation have settled. If you are unsure about this rely on your intuition to prompt you for when its time to move on.
