YOUR GUIDE
I am a Resilience Coach, Embodiment Healing Guide, ReBirth Doula, and host of The Preparing for Pregnancy After Loss Podcast. I walk with women and femmes in their healing and pregnancy after a loss, an infertility diagnosis, or traumatic birthing experience.
My work supports you in releasing grief, shame, guilt and other heavy emotions; reconnecting you to your sense of wholeness; and experiencing presence and joy in your pregnancy.
I’ve been recognized by the Borough of Brooklyn for providing support to families who’ve experienced pregnancy and infant loss, and consider it a part of my calling on the planet to offer healing support on the birthing journey.
I was born on the island of Jamaica, where I credit my deep connection to nature, and my love for music, movement, and laughter as medicines.
