There are 12 main Archetypes in the PMAI (Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator Instrument) system I use, all of which contain emotional, cognitive, and behavioural styles.
These are said to map our human developmental journey from birth, childhood and adolescence, through to adulthood and maturity.
Each of the 12 Archetypes has its own energy, personality, goals, needs, wants, strengths, as well as, potential weaknesses, a shadow side and flaws.
When you understand the Archetypes, you can then get a much clearer understanding of, which are the most active in your life and which are the most useful for each stage of your life journey; or the situation you find yourself in.
This knowledge can also act as a useful guide to the Archetypes that are seeking further expression, are being ignored, blocked, or repressed in some way.
The Archetypes most active in your life represent your ‘core’ story. Those in the shadows or being repressed reveal to us what it may be useful to unfold next.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
