Healing Heartbreak & Surviving & Thriving After The Affair

Why this Program?

I wanted to share the things that really worked for me when I found myself first of all in the position where my partner had an affair, which was devastating, heart-breaking, and lonely, and also share dealing with what it was like not to have a partner cheat, but to play emotional games, some might say verging in narcissist behaviour traits, because as I transition out of spending large chunks of time doing private 1-2-1 work now felt like a good time to package this information up for those who might not have the opportunity to work with me more directly. 

A big why for me is so you don't keep repeating the same old patterns because one of the big things I noticed in my 23 years as a Coach and Therapist and working in this field is that people often take their relationship baggage with them from relationship to relationship and inadvertently dump and project their old crap onto current and future relationships and therein starts a version of groundhog day. I've seen people sabotage perfectly good relationships because they are responding to old triggers, anchors and memories, an reliving and even being mentally tortured by the ghosts of past relationships. 

At the time I thought I would never recover, and three years on I still hadn't. Using the tools, strategies, and processes shared here, I then had a complete TranceFormation within 6 weeks, and with my Breakthrough Coaching Clients, within 1-day. 

Who is This Program For?

I cover all 3 aspects of this common yet not often spoken about love triangle:

1. Those whose partners have cheated on them.
2. Cheating partners who want to gain some insight and understanding about what is feels like to be on the receiving end and what your partners might need or require from you.
3. The 3rd person in the relationship: the ‘other man or woman’ in terms of understanding the role that they play and what it's like from their point of view. 
4. Those struggling to recover from a relationship breakup. 

We hear from, via the survey results, and discuss the voices of those who have been cheated on, and, from those who have had affairs. As one survey respondent put it:

“I was hoping my partner would not find out. It was only for a short period and not meant to be serious.”

“I didn’t know at the start, but it was purely physical lust. I loved how he touched me, and in some ways knowing that he wouldn’t have to stay was a comfort. I got my needs met without any responsibility.”

I know for myself in the beginning it felt like a one sided game, and that my partner who had the affair was just totally wrong. As I got deeper into personal development and looking at aspects of myself, I realised just how important it was to hear his voice in the healing process.

What's Included in the Program?

The audio program takes you on the journey through the tell-tale signs, the moment of discovery of the affair, gives you answers to some of those burning questions which can eat away at your heart and soul if they go unaswered, how to pick up the shattered pieces and start to heal, and how you can move from just surviving heartbreak or an affair, to living your life from a place of trust, and thriving.

Module 1 - The Discovery & Revelation 

• The tell tale signs and how to separate the truth and lies and regain and maintain your sanity.  

• How does it feel to be cheated on, and what you can do when to ease the turmoil when you discover that your partner is having an affair.  

• Understanding the stages and cycles that you go through and how to more easily and skillfully navigate through them.

Module 2 – The Unanswered & Burning Questions

• Why do people cheat and what do you really need or want to know in order to enable your recovery?

• Exploring ‘The Reflection’, shadow sides, and self. (Emotions and patterns & skewed values)

• How to gain resolution and move towards closure. 

Module 3 – Healing the Heartbreak

• A chance to take stock, and explore how to stop the pain. (Beliefs and mind set)

• Learning how to trust and open your heart again. (OTH)

• Guided Healing Meditation Process and Energy Clearing Work.

Module 4 – Picking up the Pieces

• What is it that has been shattered and broken and what can you can do to heal and resolve that.

• Where and how to begin on your journey of healing and TranceFormation. 

• Gaining clarity on what you actually want and desire. (Values Elicitation) 

Module 5 – From Surviving to Thriving

• Strategies for picking up the pieces.

• Rebuilding your confidence and self-esteem.

• How to healthily move on.

Module 6 – Soul Healing

This experiential module will contain a Soul Healing Process plus elements that have been chosen by the participants in terms of what would most benefit them on the next stage of their journey.

BONUS MODULES

Bonus Module 1 – Inside the Mind of the Cheater

One of the big pieces for many in being able to move on is to really understand what is going on inside of the other person. This module will provide first-hand accounts from those who have cheated, been cheated on, and been the other man or woman. (Unconscious wants and desires).

Bonus Module 2 – Angel Tarot, Huna, and Access Consciousness

This personal Reading and Energy Transmission Module give Full Programme Members the opportunity to receive a Relationship Angel Tarot Reading and Huna Energy Transmission and Energy Clearing Session during the live call. There will also be a Group Huna and Access Consciousness Process to pick up on the issues that have been raised during the Programme.

There are 3-6 key themes included within each Module and each session comprises of information, insight, Coaching exercises, exploration and self-discovery, healing meditations, plus energy clearing work. Some of the content was also be shaped and driven by those who took part in the live coaching version, and was based upon their questions and real-life experiences.
