Core Issue Therapy Process
Core Issue Therapy, as the name sounds, is about getting to the core of deep and lifelong issues, and releasing them from the core.
Core Issue Therapy uses the Soul Plan Cards for the diagnostic and selection of the CIT Processes.
The Polarity
In this session, we focus on the Polarity Process, the 4-4, Abundance and Trust, and how you create and duplicate more of what you want, and overcoming issues of isolation, ups and downs of fortune, abandonment, and the limiting beliefs including:
- I am unworthy
- I am blocked
- I am rejected
- I can't reproduce levels of success
Separation Pattern
The Separation Pattern is 7-7, Integration, and how to trust with an open heart and make magnetic connections, and issues of being impractical, ungrounded, being in denial of the shadow side, and the 'left foot' issues and reluctance to engage.
Feeling judged, trapped, under attack, trying to control situations, and the exhaustion of always trying to present and show your best side.
How to open your heart, be more present in your body, learning to trust.
The Cards
This is a group process, and what I've found is even if you weren't there live and part of the original group, the issues and polarities still resonate.
During this process I talk you through the diagnositc process before we start the Clearing Processes.
