La'Kisha Awofeso
La'Kisha Awofeso, a.k.a. Kisha, is a native Houstonian with a deep love for Christ. She is passionate about studying and gaining a deeper understanding of the Bible. As a mother of four and a wife to a perfectly imperfect man, La'Kisha has a strong family bond. Despite a faith journey that has been anything but straightforward, she always finds her way back to God. La'Kisha prefers to refer to herself as a "follower of Christ" rather than a "Christian," as she feels the latter term has been overused and its meaning has been diluted by society. Together with her good friend Sharee, La'Kisha invites others to join her in exploring the incredible love story, known as the Bible.
