WHAT ARE SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES?

Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred spiritual music, including the beautiful and well known Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings if they were sung in harmony. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony.

SCIENTIFIC BASIS

A "Wandering Nerve", the Vagus Nerve is a cranial nerve that runs from the emotional brain down the mid-line all the way to the bottom of the spine. Think of it like a tree root; a tap-root going strait down with secondary branches spreading out in the thorasic region. The primary job of the Vegus Nerve is for the brain to monitor all of the vital orgrans. A secondary role is to send information about physical sensations (feelings) to the prefrontal cortex (thinking brain) where it can be labled (as an emotion). 

In Yogic Philosopy, the 7 primary centers of vital energy, called Chakra's, are located along the same pathway as the Vagus Nerve. A Chakra is defined as "any of the points in the human body described in yogic philosophy as centers of vital energy, especially one of seven such centers that are aligned with the spinal column." This ancient philosophy suggests that when all of the vital energies are aligned in the body, the spiritual "Crown" Chakra is strengthened and enhanced.

In the Solar Plexus chakra there is a bundle of neurons (brain cells) called the enteric brain. It is about as sophisticated as a cat's brain. In the heart is a cluster of about 40,000 neurons. When emotions are in balance and thinking is positive, the heart keeps all vital organs in rhythm and harmony. When we lose emotional and attitudinal positivity, the heart can operate independenly to help restore balance, aka homeostasis.

All matter, when reduced to its sub-atomic form, is energy; Negativly charged electrons swirling around a cluster of positively charged protons and neutrons which have no charge. Therefore, every "thing" vibrates including every cell and fibre in our bodies. 

Albert Einstein stated: “Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” All matter and beings vibrate at specific rates and everything has its own melody. The musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies is now finally being recognized by science.

How the Solfeggio Frequencies were Discovered

Nikola Tesla, the great genius and father of electromagnetic engineering, had once said, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would hold a key to the universe”. The 3, 6, and 9 are the fundamental root vibrations of the Solfeggio frequencies.

Dr. Joseph Puleo found repetitions of a single issue or subject in the Book of Numbers. In Chapter 7, verse 12 he found a reference to the first day, the second day was mentioned in verse 18, the third day in verse 24, and so forth until the final reference in verse 78 which is speaking of the twelfth day.

The Pythagorean reduction of these verse numbers is:

• Verse 12 = 1 + 2 = 3 
• Verse 18 = 1 + 8 = 9 
• Verse 24 = 2 + 4 = 6 
• Verse 30 = 3 + 0 = 3 
• Verse 36 = 3 + 6 = 9 
• Verse 42 = 4 + 2 = 6

How to listen to the Solfeggio Frequencies:

The tones are best when it is almost impossible to hear them on their own. These frequencies do not need to be listened to at high volumes and in fact, it’s discouraged, instead, the tones are meant to be heard in the background at lower volumes.
