This 2-session exercise is meant to be listened to immediately after your triggering event, with a focus on helping you manage your stress, emotions and thoughts.

In Session 1 we will use guided exercises to lower your physical ‘stress response’ and to let you gain ‘separation and control’ of your emotions. 

In session 2, we will use a grounding exercise to bring your thoughts away from the ‘past or future’ – where most stress occurs - and into the ‘present. We will then use some methods to expand your perspective and engage your mind to work for you.  

If this is an ongoing concern, you may also benefit from listening to the topics ‘Conflict with Co-workers’ or ‘Conflict with the Boss’, where we also provide actions to overcome workplace obstacles.

1: How do I access the audios?

After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.

2: Can I listen offline?

Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.

3: What should I do if I have technical issues?
