

You will work towards the following summary of your "situation management plan". This will not-only help you 'manage' your stress,,,, but to provide actions to 'overcome' your workplace obstacles to performance and wellness.
The plan is in the form of an if X (the situation), then Y (what you will do) format, which is proven to generate 3X higher follow through rate relative to a high level commitment (almost 90%).

If you are coping with a lack of recognition, then you will remind yourself that you are not alone, that the recognition from others doesn’t have to dictate how you feel, and that there are effective ways to make sure others take notice of the valuable things you do.
Then you will zoom-out, to consider all relevant viewpoints, and then try to allow and accept the situation to be just as it is.
Then you will validate and recognize yourself, turn your focus outwards, and raise the visibility of your accomplishments.
If you want to become even more proactive about getting the recognition you deserve, then you will build your own objective view of your skills and value, create Your own goals, and talk to your manager about your challenge.

After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
