The plan is in the form of an if X (the situation), then Y (what you will do) format, which is proven to generate 3X higher follow through rate relative to a high level commitment (almost 90%).

If you are struggling to deal with your inner critic, then you will remind yourself that you are not alone, that your inner critic’s intentions are to help you - so you will not fight-it, and that you can learn to make your inner-critic work for you.
Then you will zoom-out, to consider all relevant viewpoints, and then try to allow and accept the situation to be just as it is.
Then you will learn to become aware of when your inner critic is talking, demand compassion, and offset the negative-to-positive ratio.
If you want to create an even healthier, and more successful path forward, then you will get your inner critic to work for you, Talk to your inner critic more than you listen, and create realistic expectations to disempower the critic.

Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
