

You will work towards the following summary of your "situation management plan". This will not-only help you 'manage' your stress,,,, but to provide actions to 'overcome' your workplace obstacles to performance and wellness.
The plan is in the form of an if X (the situation), then Y (what you will do) format, which is proven to generate 3X higher follow through rate relative to a high level commitment (almost 90%).

If you are struggling to deal with the imposter syndrome, then you will remind yourself that you are not alone, that you can learn not to let doubt control your actions, and that true imposters, who are actually not competent, don’t actually suffer from imposter syndrome.
Then you will zoom-out, to consider all relevant viewpoints, and then try to allow and accept the situation to be just as it is.
Then you will Identify and accept your inner voice, demand compassion, and offset the negative-to-positive ratio.
If you want to build mor' awareness, management and control of your inner voice, then you will stop comparing yourself to others, get your imposter voice to work for you, and talk to the imposter voice more than you listen.

After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
