For more than 12 years, she has devoted countless hours, energy and effort pouring into young men and women by assisting them to grow, develop and plan for their future through mentorship, success coaching and leadership workshops. She also has a unique 15-year background in program development, management and event planning. She holds a Master of Education degree from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Lincoln University.

Tammy Nobles The Minister uses her faith as a foundation to share her agape love and talents to push others to their fullest potential. She is an active member of Urban Empowerment Ministries in Columbia, MO, for which she became a Licensed Minister in March 2016 and was ordained as an Elder in September 2018. She serves on the Economic Development Team as Chairperson for Power Players, which provides education, entrepreneurship and employment resources. She is a faithful member on UE’s Intercessory Team.

Tammy’s belief in changing lives keeps her involved in the community, as a founding member of The Links, Incorporated - Central Missouri Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and Zonta International.
