A series of meditations to support restful sleep and intentional dreaming.

We all know how it is when we're not getting enough sleep. We're tired, cranky, easily distracted and short on patience. These meditations take an embodied approach to soothe tension and ease mental stress.

Exploring the six consciousnesses as described in Tibetan Buddhism, each meditation will address a single type of consciousness : eye, nose, ear, tongue, body and mental consciousness.

You could stop there and still get value from this series, but we'd like to invite you a little deeper - to explore the subconscious mind that creates our dreamworlds and in a sense, our waking worlds too!

Getting in touch with our dreams can give us insight into the workings of the inner self. We receive messages and visions that can be helpful in daily life. What's more, we can bring intention into our dreams to help infuse our waking world with more of what we'd like to experience.

This series is available for self-study at any time.
