Releasing & Healing Trauma

Traumas can be dramatic and subtle. Our bodies store trauma energy. That energy manifest in different ways. When we hold on to the energy, we may build stories and identities around these traumas. These traumas may even manifest as symptoms and cause health issues and dis-ease.

For our energy health we want to acknowledge the traumas without creating illness or life held stories and identities that bind us to limited experiences.

This three part Soundology Session helps us release the stored trauma energy as well as heal vibrationally and spiritually.

Part One:
Shamanic Drum & Sound Journey, starts at our root and allows our pain and trauma to manifest through voice. We draw the anguish out of our bodies through sound. This part ends just as the healing vibrations come through us creating space/distance between the emotion and our bodies.

The frequency of this part is 417Hz for facilitating change and altering situations.

Part Two:
Guided Soundology - Release and Healing Trauma, takes us on a journey to the Quantum Field where we visualize our healing in the oneness of all that is.

The frequency of this part is 528Hz for invoking miracles, transformations, and DNA repair.

Part Three:
Grounding Soundology - Expanding Healing and Energy Health, expands the healing process and allows us to move through the traumas.

The frequency of this part is 852Hz for oneness and spiritual order.

The frequencies of these Soundologies lift the energy from our bodies allowing the healing process to begin and deepen.

This Soundology trio was gifted to me. Everything from the three part outline to the finished product was completely channeled. And I may add with some urgency behind it. I was encouraged every step of the way. Self-doubt was not allowed. I was told this was too important to drag my feet or let my ego tell me how bad my voice is. My qualifications are my own traumas. So I am healing right along side you.
