The ground for these conversations can be found in The Heroine's Journey - a book written by psychologist and mythologist Maureen Murdock that celebrated its 30 year anniversary in 2020. The Heroine's Journey points to the unique experience of travelling in a female body in a world with patriarchal expectations. During the writing of her book Hiraeth - Our Longing for Belonging, Helen realised she had not only written, but had lived a heroine's journey. This sparked a curiosity which lead to her developing the Insight Writing method, using meditation and inquiry to dive beneath the surface of our experiences and in the process, uncover our unique creative voice.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
