Given our current situation, stress is at an all-time high for a lot of people. Working from home might seem so challenging that it may even seem like you just don’t have time to fit in de-stress activities.
Before the COVID-19 Quarantine, a lot of people were already challenged by dealing with work-related stress. According to the Gallup 2019 Global emotions report, a survey conducted across 143 countries, over a third of people shared that they experienced a lot of stress.
Dealing with our current new normal, which can be more stressful than pre-COVID-19, I wanted to share mindful tips for you to beat stress before stress beats you.
You will hear 1 tip per day (in total 9 tips) to take good care of yourself which means that you must treat yourself to unwind your body, mind, and soul.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
3: What should I do if I have technical issues?
