Finding Power In Silence by Lysz Flo

This course is an exploratory journey that uses poetry to give your silence meaning, a name, and personify it for healing and creative introspection. The goal is for you to reclaim your voice and write the poem, essay, or story you’ve always been afraid to write.

Silence is often viewed as passive as if we are just accepting the things around or happening to us. This course is an exploratory journey that uses poetry to give your silence meaning, a name, and personify it for healing and creative introspection. As an introvert, I learned silence can also be a powerful tool. I use life experiences, reference worksheets, and my own poetry that go along with the free-write exercises. At the end of this course, my aim is for you to reclaim your voice and write the poem, essay, or story you’ve always been afraid to write.
