The stories we tell (and sometimes believe) of 'not enough,' 'worth less', or any other mirages we create that disguise our awesomeness are not helping us personally and they are not helping us serve humanity.
You are alive and breathing and that is all that is required of you to contribute to this experience we call life. There is no such thing as 'worthless' or even 'worth less.' Why tell (or beleive) a story that disempowers you and your contributions.
I promise you: your family, your neighbors, your communitiy, your country, nor your society (even if you feel they helped create the mirage) truly benifit from you being less than what you truly are.
Sure, there are profits to be made with from self-doubt. But, why would any of us want to aid profits through inadequcies when we can be creating abundance and infinite possibilities with each breath we take?
I know, I fall for the lie of my inadequcies daily. But deep inside I know I'm here to do great things and so are you.
It's time to celebration all that we are and our connections to all that is.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
3: What should I do if I have technical issues?
