Huna is an ancient science, said to date back some 35,000 years. Originally called Ho’o-mana (to make mana or life force energy) in 750 AD the teachings flourished and were shared as a form of personal and spiritual development and healing. The information was open to and available to everyone. Today, only fragments of the original system have survived.

Huna teaches and assists with both spiritual illumination and enlightenment, as well as containing powerful techniques for psychological and emotional healing.

It utilises what you might call life force energy. In Huna, this is called Mana, and there are equivalents in other disciplines. Aikido speaks of Ki, Tai Chi works with Chi energy and the Sanskrit refers to Shakti or Prana in the East Indian system. The purpose of the original teachings was to increase life force energy and for me, that original purpose still holds true. It is working with someone’s energy system and using breath work and elemental symbols to change their energy.

Huna Energy Clearing in Action

I did a 5-minute blast of Huna at the TCCHE Event in London where I am the Host and MC. Below I what happened.

On the way home I met someone on the tube and he was stoked.

He's an AI Researcher, looking at frequencies, and Huna was so not his type of thing. When I did my 3-minute Huna clearing at the Conference for Consciousness and Human Evolution event where I was the Host and #MC this weekend, "and started waving my hands about and making sounds" he said to himself: "What!!! 😳 What is this?"

He thought it was all a bit far fetched and then in his words:

"I felt it!!!!!!! I couldn't tell anyone because I couldn't believe it was true but it worked! I moved house and Friday and hurt my back and I could feel your Huna just working. I can't believe it or explain it."

He was surprised and delighted and lost for words.

I felt the energy in the room wasn't as conducive as I would have liked it to be so asked if I could Huna it up a bit for the 500 participants.

Feedback from the unsuspecting audience included:

I also did an individual session for a minute or so with businessman who had just flown in from Hong Kong for the event. He was feeling jet lagged and wasn't sure about staying for the evening session. His response immediately afterwards, and on Saturday night and Sunday was:
