IMPROVING YOUR POSITION
This lesson focuses solely on the rider, with dynamic stretching and breathing exercises. You'll work in the walk, sitting trot and canter, with many of the elements relating to the ability to follow the horse's movement effectively. All levels up to Elementary level will benefit from the rider exercises in this lesson.
Your trainer for this lesson is Kim Ratcliffe, a British Dressage trainer and List 1 Dressage Judge.
This session is 19 minutes and 4 seconds in length, and is designed to be listened to whilst you are riding your horse.
Important
Lessons are optimised for use in a 20m x 40m arena. You should ensure that you and your horse are warmed up before starting this lesson. Only listen to Sound Schooling audio lessons in a safe, enclosed area, and to your horse's (and your own) level of fitness.

1: How do I access the audios?
After you register for the audio program, you will be instructed to download the Soundwise mobile app. When you sign in on the app, the program you registered for will automatically load in your library.
2: Can I listen offline?
Yes. Tap on the download icon next to an audio track will download the track to your phone. Simply download the audios when you have wifi and you can listen to them anywhere you go.
