A bit about me.. background in yoga, pilates, NLP, Meditation, Breathwork.
Typical retire from corporate -body rejected the screen & stress (BIG TIME) -to searching for holistic cures when medical staff had no answers... to releasing REWIRE as it WORKED SO MAGICALLY FOR ME.
Whilst in corporate i taught yoga, meditation & breathwork on the side.. it has always been in my wheelhouse.. holistic health ! x
