I make Meditation Audios that reach the subconscious mind . All you need to do is listen to the audio on low volume on loop and relax. Stay Hydrated and get good sleep. All my audios have been tested on 100's of people and myself included to give results. Some audios have ambient music while others have rain. Make sure to use the blockage remover for 40 to 50 minutes before using any of the topics. The blockage remover is free and you will need it for the other audios to work properly. After you use the blockage remover take 20 min to 30 min break before using your desired topic. Don't use more than 2 of my audios in a day or at any one time as it will be less effective. Pick 1 or 2 topics and just stick with them until you feel better. For physical changes you will need to listen for atleast 4 months and maybe more depending on what it is you are changing. You will need headphones for my audios. I have a lot of audios already made for different topics so I will upload a few each day. Hope you have a good experience with my audios.
