Hi, I am Christine Alexander-Smith, I am an Organisational Performance Consultant. I have built my expertise over 30 years around leading, designing and delivering behavioural changes required by leaders, teams and employees to identify and meet the organisation’s strategic objectives.
My corporate background includes working for organisations such as IBM both UK and EMEA, Siemens, Vodafone and Amec Foster Wheeler, Intercontinental Hotel chain to name a few.
This has given me great insights as to what it takes to inspire and develop professionals to deliver their best. When organisations work with me, I facilitate business environments where excellence can happen.

When I discovered this exciting, colour based universal language designed to “bring people closer” by helping them understand, relate to and work with others better, I immediately embraced it.
iMA is a simple, yet highly effective way of observing and understanding the differences in people helping them to connect and communicate on their wavelength. I use iMA and encourage my clients to use it to
identify the colour of the person that they need to communicate with, Modify the message by encoding it in a way that is most likely understood, then Adapt to the differences by treating the other person in a way that they want to be treated (iMA).
In my experience, when people use iMA trust, communication, understanding, co-operation goes up and misunderstandings, stress and tension go down.
