Mills & Reeve; iMA Reducing Stress and Conflict

Hi! I’m Alison Bull, a family lawyer, mediator and collaborative lawyer and partner at one of the UK’s leading law firms
Mills & Reeve LLP .
I am the chair of the national Standards Committee of Resolution , co-chair of HOT Pod and a past chair of Manchester Area Resolution, and an iMA Affiliate.
I’m continually looking out for ways to help my clients understand, relate to and work with each other to resolve conflict and issues in their personal and professional lives. Through my work in family law I have learned that communication is always a feature of pressing problems.
Communication is also the glue that holds relationships of all sorts of different types together. When I discovered this simple, colour based, universal language designed to help people communicate, I immediately embraced it.

I work with a team of family law and a wide range of other legal and mediator experts at Mills & Reeve. We care about you, and helping you achieve your objectives, and in a family context, the best outcome for you and your changing family.

If you have already identified your iMA High colour style. Ask yourself: “What colour are the Most Important People in my life ?"

To eliminate stress and tension and create Moments of Magic start by telling them, “I’m a High _” and ask them “What colour are you?”If they don’t know, suggest that they find out by going to: http://Mills-Reeve-iMA.com

.We are hugely experienced in helping clients during a very difficult time.
You can count on our support to help you formulate a clear plan and guide you through the process.
