As an immigrant, one of our greatest fears is that despite taking the risk to abandon all and come to Canada in faith that we did the right thing for ourselves and our family, we will eventually discover that we made a mistake.
When it seems like you are finally settling down in your career and you lose your job, naturally you are threatened and you could start to question why you left your home country in the first place.
