Breathe Again: Stop Vaping for Good

Congratulations on being ready to quit vaping for good. This hypnotherapy course will help you strengthen your motivation and will power so that you can be free of the chemicals and poisons in vapes for good!


This course will help you feel motivated and ready to quit vaping. 

There are three recordings. The first explains how the course will help you and will remind you of the good reasons there are to quit vaping. Remember to have a look at the information sheet included too, this will really improve motivation. 

The first hypnotherapy recording is to listen to in the days leading up to the day you quit. This will help you feel strong and motivated, maybe even excited about quitting. 

The second hypnotherapy is for the night before you quit for good and for at least 3 weeks after quitting. Embedding the motivation and strong willpower again and again will help you be successful in quitting for good. 

Congratulations on making this change! 

Only listen to hypnotherapy recordings when you are in a safe space where you can relax completely and close your eyes, never when driving or operating any machinery.
