

This relaxing hypnotherapy course is designed to support you to feel at your best, whatever stage of the perimenopause or menopause you are at.
These recordings are perfect to listen to at a time when you can completely relax and take time for yourself. You may choose to listen at bedtime which is great but you can also choose to take time out in the day to listen just make sure that when you do are in a safe place where you can close your eyes. Never listen when driving or
using any sort of machine. The recordings are designed to be listened to several times to really feel the benefits
and embed the improvements and changes. If you can listen every day for a week before moving on to the next recording once you've listened to all of them feel free to listen to your favourite ones whenever you would like.
These recordings can help you feel calm and confident in your body, accepting of change, manage anxiety better and embrace next steps and moving forward. This course also includes some extra recordings to be used as required. There is a recording for those hot flushes, another to help you get back to sleep when you
wake and there's a recording to help you with anxious and racing thoughts. These recordings can be used anytime, but again make sure you're in a safe place well you can take a moment for yourself.
