Tina Symington is a certified Wellbeing and Leadership coach and the founder of
Symington Wellbeing and Leadership Coaching.
With a background in supporting individuals to overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress
and unlock their potential, Tina brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her
work in helping people be and feel emotionally and mentally well and lead beyond
their limits.
She is an experienced and passionate professional who guides people through emotional
and behavioural change using integrative methods that honour both the mind and body.
Tina has over fourteen years of experience across diverse roles, including team
development, mental health consultancy and workplace wellbeing. She is skilled in
coaching, mentoring and facilitating transformational programmes that empower
individuals and teams in achieving meaningful growth.
Your Path to Emotional Freedom draws on Tina’s years of experience in coaching people
through periods of emotional overwhelm, burnout and transition. Her calm and grounded
guidance supports listeners to reconnect with themselves, release emotional tension and
