

Exams can be stressful.
Concentration, focus, confidence, self-belief and memory can all be a challenge especially as the pressure grows and the exams get closer.
That’s where hypnotherapy comes in. I’ve found that a combination of good planning, relaxation,
breathing and sleeping better as well as powerful visualisations can help students focus and thrive and come out of their exams positive about the experience and with the results they want.
This course brings together the teniques I use in sessions to be used in your own time at home.
Everyone experiences hypnotherapy differently, it’s a relaxing and powerful way to visualise things the way you want them to be and begin to make positive changes.
