This is the zero episode, to introduce you to what Rise Rituals are, why I created them, and how I hope they help improve your life.

Basically, a rise ritual is how you wake up every day, and the first actions you take. The focus here is on small positive rituals you can practice daily to gain more control of your mornings, your day, and eventually your life.

Starting with a quote from the Motivation Manifesto - By Brendon Burchard.

1. We're going to take five deep breaths.

2. Think about something you're grateful for in this moment.

3. What's one thing you can do today to make your world better?

4. If you have time try a pigeon pose. It's not difficult and you can find an example here:

Leverage the Art of the Small

Leverage the Art of the Small

Small things can have such a significant impact, you can use the Art of the Small to your advantage. Think of what you want to accomplish and then take small steps toward that goal each day. Focus your efforts on smaller areas instead of trying to make massive changes overnight.

The more narrow your focus, the more you will see and experience success. Plus, you'll be more precise and get better results. Want to eat healthily and get more exercise? Start small and eliminate one thing. For example, take daily walks the first week, start jogging every other day the second week, and give up sugar the third week.

Apply these principles to all areas of your life, whether it’s your career, family, relationships, or health. Each day, do one small thing that supports your goals. It’s doesn’t have to be something big – remember, small changes have the biggest impact in the long run.
