There’s an app for that.
Need prayers for:
lost objects,
roof leaks,
hopeless situations,
storms at sea,
burnout,
snake bites,
final exams,
or internet arguments that should’ve ended six comments ago?
Yeah.
There’s a saint for that.
One of the strangest accusations against Catholics is:
“Why would you ask saints to pray for you?”
Which is odd… because Christians ask people to pray for them literally all the time.
If asking others to pray for you is wrong, then your small group text thread is a theological disaster.
And if it’s GOOD for Christians on earth to pray for each other…
why would it suddenly stop mattering when they’re alive with Christ in Heaven?
Hebrews calls them:
☁️ “a great cloud of witnesses.”
Revelation shows:
🕯️ the saints presenting prayers before God.
The martyrs in Heaven cry out:
“How long, O Lord?”
Which means:
they’re alive,
aware,
and participating.
So this song takes that theology…
and turns it into a fast, chaotic, folk-punk roll call of patron saints.
