Meditation to connect with our emotions Our emotions are spontaneous reactions that we experience every day, they guide us in how we feel on to understand where our reactions are coming from. Flow with them, accept them and respect them to improve your connection with the present moment About me and the channel: Hi I am Ana Vargas I am a Reiki teacher and a self-healing instructor; I have been guiding meditations since 2009 and I would like to invite you to follow me every week. My meditations can be listened anywhere as long as you are safe and comfortable. If you are willing to practice meditation as regular activity then I recommend to create a special spot at your place where you can light a candle, use some incense or aromatherapy, pour a glass of water and if you like, some flowers.
