February is considered the month to celebrate love. Who is more important to love than yourself? Recognizing and accepting each part of you, as well as the path you have been walking until today, is a natural way to activate self- love. Enjoy your meditation and connect with your whole self. About me and the channel: Hi I am Ana Vargas I am a Reiki teacher and a self-healing instructor; I have been guiding meditations since 2009 and I would like to invite you to follow me every week. My meditations can be listened anywhere as long as you are safe and comfortable. If you are willing to practice meditation as regular activity then I recommend to create a special spot at your place where you can light a candle, use some incense or aromatherapy, pour a glass of water and if you like, some flowers.
