2020 10 24 CTTM Rohit Ratan Mani Kaizen - Building a Continuous Improvement Culture

Kaizen, a Japanese philosophy that focuses on Continual Improvement in Workplace. Retrospectives, one of the key tools, helps in identifying areas of improvement and help achieving Kaizen. For an organization in their agile transformation journey building a mindset focusing on Kaizen is key to success. Overcoming the challenges in implementing change is what makes Kaizen a success. As part of this talk, I will share my experiences with implementing change and going beyond retrospectives to achieve Kaizen.
