How to Get and Keep a Positive Body Image When You're Plus Size

As a plus size woman, you can feel like the whole world is telling you that you don't belong, that you don't fit in, that you're too big, that you're ugly, and the list goes on.

I spent most of my life listening to those voices on the outside and the inside, which means I spent most of my life feeling fat and just wrong. It wasn't until my 30s that I started figuring out that there wasn't anything wrong with me. The message was wrong.

Now that I've got a healthy body image (trust me, I still struggle sometimes) I want to share my 10 Be-You-titudes with you so that you can have a positive body image too.
