2019 MBT Binaural Beats FULL SET

A full set of 13 binaural beat files specially created in 2019 by My Big TOE author and Consciousness explorer Thomas Campbell for his MBT Immersive Experience program.

This is the full set of 13 binaural beat files that author and Consciousness explorer Thomas Campbell created in 2019 specially for his MBT Immersive Experience course.

Each file contains an enhanced binaural beat that is approximately 50 minutes long. As Tom voices both an introduction at the beginning and a call back to our PMR (Physical Matter Reality) at the end of each file, these beats may be similar to ones that you have purchased previously, but their effects has been somewhat optimized.

These files were not created to be used in any specific order.

Listen with a good quality stereo player and headset/ earphones.

Listening without a stereo headset will produce a considerably weaker effect.

Low quality equipment may have trouble with the lowest base frequencies (32 HZ). If the 32Hz sound is not smooth and mellow, try a better headset and/ or a better player... or simply skip over the audio files that contain a 32 HZ base frequency. Even if your equipment is good quality, you will have to turn up the volume whenever you are playing a 32 Hz base frequency.

The numbers in each file’s name indicate the base frequencies used. The binaural beat frequency is mostly at 4 Hz except during short times when it occasionally runs up 8 Hz for a very short time to keep you from falling asleep and occasionally slides down to 2 Hz to drag you into the twilight zone. So, for example, filename: 512-256-128 Base - 4Hz BB with 40 sec. spikes to 8Hz and 1 min dips to 2Hz. is an mp3 file that starts with a 512 Hz base tone with a 10 Hz binaural beat that slides slowly down to 256 Hz base with a 4 Hz binaural beat in about 6 minutes. 18 minutes later the base frequency slips down again from 256bHz to 128 Hz also in about 6 minutes – all the while maintaining the same pattern of shifting binaural beats until the end of the tape. The binaural beats remain at 4 Hz except during periodic short 40 second bursts when it runs up to 8 Hz to keep you from falling asleep. It also periodically slides down to 2 Hz for several minutes to drag you into the twilight zone). The file 512-256-128 P Base - 4Hz BB with 40 sec. spikes to 8Hz and 1 min dips to 2Hz is the exact same except that pink noise fills the background from beginning to end. Along with the binaural beat files is an mp3 file that contains nothing but pink noise. Listen to this file when you think that you might be ready to take the training wheels off, that is, to go exploring on your own without binaural beats pushing your brainwaves toward a theta state. There is also an mp3 sleep file included to help you fall asleep if you have trouble doing so on your own.

Note: The letter P at the end of a file name indicates that Pink Noise has been added

We recommend that you experience all the various audio files contained in this set in their entirety multiple times. Often ones you initially dislike becomes a favorite later. Which ones work best for you depends partially on the state of your consciousness at the time of your listening. Simply let the sound envelope your awareness, do not engage the sound intellectually or analytically. Do not expect the sound to do something to you, or show you something -- it will lower your innate barriers to exploring the LCS but you have to actively engage and connect to whatever comes. You should not act like a spectator – engage, connect. Have a clear, well focused intention of what you wish to learn and why you wish to learn it, but do not intend to have a particular experience. Engage and connect with everything you see, hear, or feel, including your imagination...trivial things will often lead to interesting nontrivial things. Actively explore whatever follows the projection of your intent...a pink flower, a grey misty cloud, a void, a voice, or something perfectly ridiculous, sublime, or profound -- whichever comes first.

Tom talked about using these binaural beats in this video from an event he did in Atlanta back in 2016. If you haven’t watched it yet, you may find it helpful….

CAUTION: Never listen to these audio files while operating a vehicle or doing anything else in this physical reality that requires you to be attentive. The same may be true for some time (varies with individuals) after listening. Be cautious, after listening, ground yourself in physical reality before engaging in any activity that requires your focused attention.
