Do you secretly want to start jogging but don’t know how to start? With our guided jogging program, we'll start with jogging 15 minutes per week, then slowly work our way up to jogging for 60 minutes at the end of the year.

Does this sound like you?

Do you think jogging is a form of human torture?

Have you tried to start jogging over and over and ended up quitting every time?

Do you curse joggers under your breath when they jog past you?

Do you secretly want to start jogging but don’t know how to start?

Well, the first step is admitting that you hate jogging.

The second step is cancelling all ridiculous plans to jump into a super intense jogging program.

The third step is to slowly ease your way into it. Like over the course of a year.

We can help you with step 3.

With our guided jogging program, we'll start with jogging 15 minutes per week,

then slowly work our way up to jogging for 60 minutes at the end of the year.

If you like the slow and steady approach and would like to stretch out the

hatred cessation over a year, you’ll love this program.

Join us for One year to stop hating jogging!

Special Note: To prevent overwhelm, racing ahead and overdoing it, this show releases only 3 episodes per week, starting on September 20th, 2020.

YOUR GUIDE

Henry Pottle
Your jogging guide, Henry Pottle is a UK based jogger. To stay fit, over the years he's also dabbled in swimming, rugby, field hockey and badminton. Like a lot of us, his jogging routine got interrupted during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Now through this series, Henry is encouraging others to lace up and go for a run. When he is not jogging, he enjoys drawing and playing the guitar.
