How to Get and Keep a Positive Body Image When You're Plus Size

As a plus size woman, you can feel like the whole world is telling you that you don't belong, that you don't fit in, that you're too big, that you're ugly, and the list goes on.

I spent most of my life listening to those voices on the outside and the inside, which means I spent most of my life feeling fat and just wrong. It wasn't until my 30s that I started figuring out that there wasn't anything wrong with me. The message was wrong.

Now that I've got a healthy body image (trust me, I still struggle sometimes) I want to share my 10 Be-You-titudes with you so that you can have a positive body image too.

Do you Hulu? Last year my husband and I cut the cable cord. We subscribe to a few different streaming services, but we still end up saving money overall. (For instance, we canceled CBS All Access once we binged Picard.)

Hulu is, by far, our favorite streaming service. (You heard me. It's not Netflix.) Hulu has a fantastic combination of the basic network and basic cable shows we already loved, plus a host of original TV series that we've come to love.
